Dr Smirnova has a special interest in management of abnormal pap smears and she is a member of Australian Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology.

·  Surgical treatment of high grade cervical abnormalities with loop excision or laser treatment under local (outpatient) or general (inpatient) analgesia
·  Surgical treatment of microinvasive cancer, adenocarcinoma in situ
·  Management of vaginal and vulval intraepithelial lesions including laser treatment
